Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using QuzenixCron ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

QuzenixCron schedules and executes HTTP requests on your behalf. We attempt to deliver each scheduled execution at the scheduled time, but we don't guarantee perfect reliability — see the SLA in your plan.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:
  • The URLs you schedule and what those endpoints do
  • Keeping your credentials secret
  • Complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction
  • Not using the Service to abuse, attack, or overload third-party systems

4. Acceptable use

You may not use QuzenixCron to send spam, run DDoS attacks, scrape sites in violation of their terms, or do anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service without prior notice.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. Cancel anytime — your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, then you're downgraded to free. We don't issue prorated refunds.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We're not liable for missed executions, downstream failures, or data loss beyond what your plan's SLA covers.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
